This is the fifth year for the Fair with previous events attracting dozens of exhibitors and hundreds of attendees. The Business Fair exemplifies the strong partnership between Princeton SCORE and the Princeton Public Library. Since this partnership began 9 years ago, the number of small business owners and start-ups seeking business advice from SCORE's volunteer counselors has grown dramatically. In 2012, Princeton SCORE assisted more than 400 clients in free, private, and confidential counseling sessions. As the economy slowly recovers and unemployment remains high, demand for these services is stronger than ever, as Princeton SCORE helps local small businesses get started and grow...one business at a time!
Princeton SCORE, a non-profit, volunteer resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration, supports Mercer and Middlesex counties with 40+ small business owners and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to help others start a new business or help improve the profitability of existing ones. To set up an appointment for free counseling sessions, call 609-393-0505. On-line counseling is also available at www.score.org.
