Bob has held lead finance positions within the government, commercial and corporate business units providing financial planning and management, with emphasis on budgeting/forecasting, performance improvement, management reporting and analytics and other support as required to ensure efficient delivery of contractual obligations
Bob has also held lead project management roles for system implementations within a corporate environments (SAP / Blackline)

He earned a Bachelor (BBA) degree in Finance from Temple University and a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Information Science from Penn State University.
